Refund Policy


Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days, subject to the following policy terms. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately our refund policy will not apply and we will not be required to offer you a refund or exchange.  

Coffee
Unless there's something wrong with the item, unfortunately we can't offer a refund for any perishable items you change your mind about after your delivery. (Our returns policy is in accordance with statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations).To initiate a refund, please send us a picture of the coffee bag(s). Once we've received your picture, we'll email you with a refund confirmation.
 
Equipment
Returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as the equipment is unused, in the same condition it was received and in their original packaging.

 
To complete your return we require proof of purchase. To initiate it, please contact us and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you. Once we've received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will promptly be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
 
In addition, gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return is rejected, we will provide the reason and your sole remedy will be to require the equipment is shipped to you at your cost.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card statement, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at billing@coffeeingco.com. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges:

Coffee 
Unfortunately, once an order has been proceed we cannot exchange any coffee products.

Equipment
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@coffeeingco.com and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

Shipping Costs
To return your product, please contact us at sales@coffeeingco.com and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
