COFFEE

Are your coffees 100% Arabica? 

Yes they are! All of our coffees are 100% Arabica. The best coffee comes from a specific coffee tree called “Coffea Arabica”. All our coffees are premium quality, picked from the best coffee producing regions in the world. They meet all the qualities we consider coffee must have to be excellent: grown at the right altitude, temperature, with the right rainfall, humidity and fertile soil.  

The other species you might have heard about is Robusta, comes from a tree called “Coffea Canephora”. Robusta has its qualities: it grows at lower altitudes, in more elevated temperatures and is more resistant to disease, but has one problem – it doesn’t taste nice. Therefore, if you want good quality and great tasting coffee, chose Arabica coffee. 

Can I use your ground coffee for espresso machines?

No, this will give you a weak cup. Our ground coffees are for use in cafetières and filter equipment.

How do I keep my coffee fresh?

Store your coffee in an airtight container away from light. Remember, coffee does not like oxygen or light!

 

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours, and take between 2-3 days to be delivered in the UK. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship coffee to any country in the EU. Please see our shipping guide for information and costs. If your country is not in the EU please contact us, tell us which country you want the order to be shipped to and we will provide further information.

Unfortunately we don’t ship equipment internationally.

How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

We will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge.

 Are all of the products in my order sent together? 

Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible.

Where are your products delivered from?

Our products are packed in the UK and shipped from the UK.

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order? 

If your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

ORDER RETURNS

Can I return my order?

 Coffee: if the item is damaged or lost, instead of returning the item you can contact us for a full refund. To initiate a refund, please contact us with the details of your issue. Once we've received your email, we'll contact you in the relation to the requested refund. Unless there's something wrong with the item, unfortunately we can't offer a refund for any perishable items if you change your mind after your delivery. (Our returns policy is in accordance with statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations).

Equipment: returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as they're unused, in the same condition it was received and in their original packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt of proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you. Once we've received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will promptly be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Can I exchange my order?

Coffee: unfortunately, once order has been sent we cannot exchange any coffee products.

Equipment: we can only exchange equipment if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange equipment for the same item, please contact us and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you.
